Kenner “ Stick” Joseph Breaux, Sr., 68, died Thursday, October 23, 2014 at 08:00 AM. He was a native of Thibodaux, LA and resident of Gibson, LA. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27, 2014 from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM at St. Louis Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, October 27, 2014 at 11:00 AM at St. Louis Catholic Church. Burial: St. Louis Catholic Cemetery He is survived by his, Wife of 22 years, Lawanda Ann Boyd Breaux; sons, Kenner Breaux, Jr., Kevin Breaux and wife, Stacy, Joshua Breaux, and Wade Derrick and wife, Miranda; daughters, Amy D. Besson and husband, Dondi, and Lisa D. Lee and husband, Earl; brothers, Errol Breaux and wife, Tammy; son in law, Cory Pitre; sisters, Lillian Barbo, Ellen Malbrough and husband, Russell, and Peggy Aucoin and husband, Aubrey; 13 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his, 1st wife, Irma Ledet Breaux; parents, Eddie Agusta and Lillian Mary Bergeron Breaux; daughter, Krystal B. Pitre; brother in law, Howard Barbo. He is a retired Post Master. He served in US Army during the Vietnam Conflict as a SP5 where he received a purple heart medal. He enjoyed spending time with his family.
