David Henry

David Paul ”Butch” Henry, 63, stepped peacefully into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior on Friday, October 10, 2014 at 12:40 PM from the quietness of his room and the comfort of his recliner after a long battle with heart disease. He was a native and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Thursday, October 16, 2014 from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM at Bayou Blue Assembly of God with Funeral Service at 10:00 AM. Burial: Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery He is survived by his, Wife of 34 years, S. Gay Bilbo Henry of Houma, LA; sons, Wesley J. Henry and wife, Jennifer of Renton, WA, and S/Sgt. Gary D. Henry, McChord AFB, Tacoma, WA; daughters, Haley E. Henry and Donna J. Gibson both of Houma; sisters, Patricia Chauvin and husband, Daniel of Houma, Geraldine "Tootie" Henry of Pasadena, TX and Mary Henry of Houma; grandchildren, LeeAnn and Ernest Gibson, Jalen and Alyssa Mosely, Olivia and Logan Henry, and Carissa, Kailey and Cole Henry; great grandson, Brydon Dufrene; Numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his, Parents, Delvin Joseph and Rita Mae Guidry Henry; grandparents, Linest and Helen Brunet Henry, and Eddie and Olivia Bourg Guidry. He was a member of Bayou Blue Assembly of God.
