Ernest Lloyd Jackson, 71, died Thursday, September 4, 2014 at 01:05 AM. He was a native of Grenada, MS and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 8, 2014 from 9:00 AM - until service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. with a funeral service at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Cole Cemetery, Sugartown, LA. He is survived by his, sons, Robert Jackson and wife Theresa, Michael Jackson and wife Theresa and Randy LeJeuene and wife Bonnie; daughters, Kim Richard and husband Dale, Gina Allemand and husband Billy and Stacie Lirette; brothers, Allen and Stuart Tanner; 16 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his, wife of 31 years, Elaine LeJeuene Jackson; Father, Ernest Jackson; Mother, Dottie Clemons Woods; sister, Martha Ann Herbert; son, Michael LeJeuene. He was a memberof First Baptist Church of Houma. He enjoyed golfing and hunting.
