Lorna Potter

Lorna Hoare Potter, 73, died Friday, August 22, 2014 at 01:40 PM. She was a native of Portsmouth, England and resident of Houma, LA. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. She is survived by her, Daughter: Carla Potter Tanner and husband Claiborne Tanner, Grandchildren: Porter and Eli Tanner, and Spouse: Edward Potter. She was preceded in death by her, Parents: Alexander Hoare and Celia. She was described by many as compassionate and an eccentric noblewomen. Lorna extensively traveled the world and had many tales of adventure and life. She was outgoing and very caring to those close to her. She was the most unique, one of a kind person you would ever meet. She was bigger than life! She will be missed by all her family and friends.
