Eunice Marie Dupre Dupre, 85, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Pointe-aux-Chenes, died at 8:21 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 24, 2008.
Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home and from 10 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at St. Charles Catholic Church. Mass will be at noon
Wednesday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
She is survived by two sons, Rudy Dupre and wife, Juanita, of Pointe-aux-Chenes, and Wayne Dupre and wife, Mae, of Houma; two daughters, Wynona Ledet and husband, Nolan, of Pointe-aux-Chenes, and Rhonda Webre and husband, Donald, of Houma; one brother, Eura Dupre of Pointe-aux-Chenes; four sisters, Lucille
Thibodaux, Joyce Ledet, Shirley Levron of Pointe-aux-Chenes and Rose Mae Bourg of Montegut; 12 grandchildren, Harold Dozier, Irene Lirette, Randall Dupre, Stephen Dupre, Kimberly Dupre, Danica Colwart, Ryan Dupre, Richard Ledet, Heidi Guidry,
Gretchen Naquin, Kevin Webre and Allison Webre; and 11 great-grandchildren, Christopher Sanders, Brandon Lirette, Emberly Lirette, Audrey Colwart, Kristen
Colwart, Ronnie Guidry Jr., Caitlin Guidry, Logan Ledet, Chase Ledet, Hayden Naquin and Loukas Naquin.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Whitney Paul Dupre; her parents, Filmore Dupre and Alcidie Levron Dupre; one son, Audie Dupre; three brothers, Wilsey Dupre, Ives Dupre and Druis Dupre Sr.; and four sisters, Cecile Ledet, Cedonia Dupre, Verna Naquin and Anna Mae Thibodeaux.
She was a retired baker and homemaker and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary No. 272, St. Charles Ladies Altar Society and Choir.
She was a parishioner of St. Charles Catholic Church.
