Lynn Joseph Theriot, 78, died Sunday, June 29, 2014. He was a native and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Thursday, July 3, 2014 from 9:00am to 11:00am at St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at 11:00am at St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. Burial: St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. He is survived by his wife, Emma Ann Pitre Theriot of Houma; two sons, Glenn Theriot and wife Holly Adams Theriot, of Houma, and Wayne Theriot and wife Lisa Olivier Theriot, of Houma; two sisters, Mrs. C.J. Ellen Duet and Mrs. Craig Aline Boudreaux, both of Schriever, and four grandchildren, Anna, Noah, Bailey, and Caroline Theriot all of Houma. He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Gregory Theriot, his mother Mary Ann "Miriam" Theriot of Houma; and two sisters Mrs. Ray Marilyn Reynolds, Mrs. Kenneth Julie "Marie" Hebert. He was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church.
