A Liturgy of the Word will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 11:00am at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. with Burial at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2
He is survived by his wife Diana Bollich Champagne, son Patrick William Bollich, Grandson Aidenn William Bollich from Orange, Texas, Brothers Wayne M. Champagne and wife Shirley Fanguy Champagne, Bruce P. Champagne and wife Mary Dusenberry Champagne and many nieces and nephews from Houma, Louisiana.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, Edward P. King Champagne, Elsie Bergeron Champagne Rich, Nephew Brook M. Champagne, Grandparents Stanley and Doris Thibodeaux Bergeron and Noah and Victoria Falgout Champagne from Houma, Louisiana.
He was a United States Navy Veteran, he worked as a truck driver with Martin Gas Transport in Beaumont, Texas and he was a True and Blue diehard Dallas Cowboy football fan. He most enjoyed reading Stephen King Novels, old John Wayne movies and model cars and rockets.
