David Franklin Massey, 62, died Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at 02:10 PM. He was a native of Montgomery, AL and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Tuesday July 1, 2014 from 9:00 AM until Service time at Chauvin Funeral Home with a Funeral Service beginning Tuesday at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. He is survived by his, Wife of 42 years, Janet Theriot Massey, Children, David Curtis Massey, Keith Franklin Massey and wife Brandy, Steven Paul Massey and wife Afton and Lauren Massey Pellegrin and husband Dain, 9 Grandchildren, Brianna, Kirstyn and Evan Massey, Keith, Tayler, and Nathen Massey, Alyssa, and Emma Massey and Allie Pellegrin, Sister, Judy Burton and husband Lary, Niece and nephews, Amy Hutto and husband Chris, Andrew Burton and wife Paige and children and Curtis Oscar Massey II. He was preceded in death by his, Parents, Curtis Oscar Massey and Nellie Katherine Speed Massey, and Brother, George Curtis Massey. David was a beloved husband and father. He put a smile on everyone's face and never knew a stranger. He will be greatly missed by many.
