Robert "Bobby" Charles Klingman, Sr, 86, died Thursday, June 12, 2014 at 11:53 PM. He was a native of Houma, LA and resident of Houma, LA.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16, 2014 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home A rosary will be said at 7:00 PM and Tuesday, June 17, 2014 from 8:30 AM until Service time at St. Francis de Sales.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 10:00 AM at St. Francis de Sales.
Interment: Terrebonne Memorial Park.

Sons, Kregg Paul Klingman and wife Ginny of Kingsport, Tenn, Deacon Robert Charles Klingman, Jr, and wife Susan of Broussard , LA,
3 Grandchildren, Kevin Klingman and wife Brandy of Denham Springs, LA, Kelly Klingman Feathers and husband Matthew of Hendersonville, Tenn, and Katie Klingman Phillips of Kingsport, Tenn,
5 Great Grandchildren, Maddux Fleming, Presley Phillips, Khloe Klingman, and Kollette Klingman and Hudson Phillips.
He was preceded in death by his,
Parents, Robert Irving Klingman and Anastacia Hobert Klingman and
In Laws, Paul and Blanche Fanguy.
He was a parishioner of St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church.
Bobby was an area manager for the oilfield service company Wilson Downhole, later Baker Hughes.
He served in the United States Army in the Occupational Forces in Germany. He was a member of the VFW Post 4752 and the American Legion.
Bobby was an outdoorsman, an avid fisherman and loved spending time at his camp.
He cherished spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
