Mildred Henderson, 103, died Friday, April 18, 2014 at . She was a native of Thibodaux, La and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21, 2014 from 6:00PM until 9:00PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Tuesday, April 22, 2014 from 9:00AM until service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.Liturgy of the Word will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 11:00AM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.Burial: St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2  She is survived by her,many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her,her loving husband, Robert (Bob) Henderson; her parents, Emile Wallace and Emma Lirette Wallace; five brothers, Everett, Emile, Cody, Albert and Ernest Wallace; and six sisters, Corinne Routier, Verna Schwinn, Irene Porche, Gladys Bergeron, Annie Pitre, and Ezelle Dillard.  She and her husband owned Henderson Dairy, Inc. The family would like to thank Charles and Irma "Josie" Bergeron for taking care of her in her final years. Known to all as "Aunt Mitt," she lived a long and rewarding life. She will be greatly missed.
