Calvin James Breaux Jr.

Calvin "C.J." James Breaux Jr., 63, a native of Houma and resident of Gray, died at 2:35 p.m. Thursday, July 17, 2008. Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. Sunday at Chauvin Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. to funeral time Monday at St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, with burial in Garden of Memories. He is survived by one daughter, Belinda Boudreaux and husband, Denny, of Houma; two brothers, O’Neil J. Breaux and Wilton Breaux and wife, Edna; one sister, Ida Trahan and husband, Earl; three grandchildren, J.D. Boudreaux, Chris Breaux and Jerome Boudreaux; and one great-grandchild, Hope Breaux. He was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin Breaux Sr. and Irene Hebert Breaux Samanie; and one son, James Breaux. He was Catholic and a parishioner of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. He was an active member of the Lion’s Club. I would like to thank the Staff of Heritage Manor Nursing Home for all of their kindness and loving care of my father.
