Gloria Fabregas

Gloria Joyce Dantin Fabregas, 92, peacefully joined her Lord on Sunday, March 9, 2014 at 5:29PM. She was a native of Franklin, LA and a resident of Houma, LA.   Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2014 from 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM at Grace Lutheran Church, Valhi Blvd., Houma, LA, with burial to follow in St. Francis No. 2 Cemetery.  Gloria is survived by her sons, Hunt Downer and wife Linda of Houma, LA, Kenny Downer of Sugar Land, TX, Artie Downer and wife Sharon of The Woodlands, TX; grandchildren, Troy Downer, Nicole Downer Hodges and husband Jeff, Angela Downer Aquino and husband Ron, Mary Downer Ditch and husband John, Blair Downer and wife Sunny; great-granddaughters, Lola Downer, Callie Hodges, Sophia and Harper Aquino. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank A. Fabregas, mother Vivian Kirsch, and father, Eugene Dantin. Gloria enjoyed sewing and was a member of the Texaco Retirees Club, Terrebonne Parish Garden Club, and Mulberry Homemakers Club.
