Visitation will be held on Monday, February 17, 2014 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Tuesday, February 18, 2014 from 9:00am to 11:00am at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at 11:00am at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.. with burial at St. Ann Catholic Church Cemetery. He is survived by his, Spouse: Gloria Romero, Sons: Walter J. Romero Jr. and wife Dianne, Anthony "Tony" James Romero and wife Monique, Michael Paul Romero, and Richard John Romero and wife Toni, Daughters: Connie Mary Wyre and husband Sydney, and Marjorie Ann Romero Ambrose, Brothers: Presley Romero, Preston Romero, and Howard "Pat" Romero Jr., Sister: Evelyn Menard, Grandchildren: Jennifer Neff, Kevin Romero, Jonathon Romero, Sandy Charlet, Anthony Romero Jr., Robin Pellegrin, Jamie Duplantis, Craig Babin, Lisa Renois, Brittany Neyland, Stephanie Authement, Michael Guidry, and Nicholas Romero, and by sixteen great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his, Parents: Howard Romero and Inez Simon Romero, Brother: Dennis Romero.
