Marie Hazel Brunet Coffman, 95, died Sunday, February 9, 2014 at 08:25 AM. She was a lifelong resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 17, 2014 from 9:00 AM until Service time at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 17, 2014 at 10:00 AM at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. Burial: St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #1. She is survived by her, Nieces, Madge Causey, June Scholes and Betty Lou Hayden, Nephew, Percy Landry Jr,and 15 Great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her, Husband, Tommy Coffman, Parents, Vital J Brunet Sr and Emma McElroy Brunet, Brothers, Dalton Brunet, Vital Brunet, Jr, and Floyd Brunet, Sisters, Leola Brunet and Lucille Landry,and Great nephew, Jonathan Hayden. Hazel was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. She resided in Heritage Manor nursing home and the family wishes to thank the staff for the care they provided. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Francis de Sales Cathedral or a charity of your choice.
