Mary Gladys Picou Domangue, 79, a native and resident of Houma, died at 10:38 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2008.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Chauvin Funeral Home with a memorial service.
She is survived by seven sons, Jimmy Domangue of Dallas, Carl Domangue, Gerald Domangue, Thomas Domangue of Houma, Larry Domangue of Sulphur, Dale Domangue of Valley, Ala., and Mathew Domangue of Houma; six daughters, Christine Chaisson of Houma, Jeanne Domangue of Hammond, Janet Chauvin, Marie Dupre, Susan Domangue and Merrilie Guidry of Houma; one brother, Emile Picou of Houma; 26 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Randall James Domangue; her parents, Emile Picou and Frais Chaisson; three sons, Emile, Stephen and Randall Domangue; one daughter, Ronda Domangue; three brothers, Roy, Earl and Jesse Picou; and five sisters, Mickey Rhodes, Bernice Hebert, Erlene Picou, Violet Authement and Lucille Quick.
She was a homemaker.
