Clarence “Genot” Junius Guidry, 71, died Tuesday, January 28, 2014. He was a native and resident of Dulac, LA. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2, 2014 from 5:00PM-9:00PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc and on Monday, February 3, 2014 from 8:00AM until service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 3, 2014 at 10:00AM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Burial will follow at Holy Family Catholic Church Cemetery. He is survived by his, wife, Beverly Guidry; sons, Clarence Guidry Jr., Clarence C. Guidry, Kelvin Guidry, and John Dean; daughters, Cathy Dardar, Shelly Savoie, Crystal Hickman, Nichole Lodrigue, and Victoria Guidry; brothers, Calvin Guidry, Sterling Guidry,and Ecton Billiot; sisters, Stella Nelson, and Elda Lebeouf; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his, parents, Adam and Felica Guidry; daughter, Darnell Guidry; brother, Rusty Guidry, Russell Guidry, Delvin Guidry, Oscar Guidry, Alvin Guidry, John Guidry, and Adam Guidry; and sisters, Ella Billiot and Della Parfait. Clarence enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working around the house. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
