Lois Hebert

Lois Mary Duplantis Hebert, 85, died Wednesday, January 22, 2014. She was a native Chauvin, La and resident of Houma, La. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26, 2014 from 6:00PM-8:00PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Monday, January 27, 2014 from 9:00AM-11:00AM at Annunziata Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, January 27, 2014 at 11:00AM at Annunziata Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery. She is survived by her, son, Henry J. Hebert and wife Chris, daughter, Connie Hebert, brothers, Wiltz Duplantis Jr. sisters, Irene Cortez, Beverly Marcel, grandchildren, Jake Stevens, Clay Stevens, Ryan Hebert, Kade Hebert great grandchildren, Meghan Stevens, Larke Stevens, Aidan Hebert, Landon Hebert, step great grandson, Jayden Scott, Piper Theriot and Boston Ledet. She was preceded in death by her, loving husband Eris A. Hebert, parents, Wiltz and Corinne Duplantis brother, Iry J. Duplantis Jr., and sister, Beatrice Samanie. She was a parishioner of Annunziata Catholic Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. The Hebert Family would like to express a special thanks to Dr. Jules Dupont, Dr. David Hagen and Dr. Ray Cinnater. They would also like to extend special appreciation to those who displayed such care and compassion to Lois by the TGMC ER, Skilled Nursing, and nursing staff, as well as Heritage Manor Nursing Home and St. Catherine Hospice.
