Cherry and companion Alisha Trahan, and Anthony M. Cherry, both of Houma, LA, daughter, Viva Carolyne, Houma, LA, father, Wesley B. Cherry and wife Wendy, step mother, Loni Delcambre, all of his "adopted" children, 10 nieces and nephews, 3 great nieces and nephews, brothers, Silas M. Cherry, Sr. and wife Debra Cherry, sister, Connie HomRighausen and husband Ed. He was preceded in death by his, mother, Barbara E. Ledet, sister, Kate Cherry Ivey, great nephew, Elijah Anthony Cherry. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. He was a casing supervisor for Franks International.
