Wayne George Cancienne, 59, died Saturday, November 30, 2013.
He was a native of Bayou Black, LA and resident of Houma, LA.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 from 9:00 AM until service time at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 11:00 AM at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral .
Burial will follow.
He is survived by his
wife, Jan Blanchard Cancienne, Houma, LA,
daughter, Amber Cancienne and fiance' Willie Hebert, Houma, LA,
brother, Claude J. Cancienne, Jr. and wife Lois, Mississippi,
sisters, Dolores Taylor and husband Dave, Ocala, FL, Denise Pepperman.
He was preceded in death by his
parents, Claude Cancienne, Sr. and Lula "Dean" Bernadine Hamby Cancienne.
He was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral.
He was a devoted husband of thirty three years to his wife, Jan and a loving father to his daughter, Amber.
He was the Account Manager and Salesman for Concentric Pipe and Tool Rentals.
He was an avid Saints Fan and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a volunteer for CASA for kids and supporter of the Haven. He was a member of the American Petroleum Institute.
