Vickie Mary Arceneaux Steib, 51, died Thursday, November 28, 2013 at 07:00 PM. She was a native and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 1, 2013 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Monday, December 2, 2013 from 9:00 AM until Service time at Maria Immacolata Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, December 2, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Maria Immacolata Catholic Church. Burial: St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2 She is survived by her, Husband of 24 years, Randy Steib, Sons, Christopher Mark Steib and Evan James Steib, Mother, Gloria Hebert Arceneaux, Brothers, Russell Arceneaux, and Davis "Sonny" Arceneaux, Sisters, Evelyn Hebert, Lorraine Jeffery and Susan Moss, Father and Mother in law, Mark and Bobbie Steib, Brother in law and sister in law, Jimmy and Shawna Steib Brother in law, Travis Steib, godmother, Louise Whipple and husband Daniel Whipple. She was preceded in death by her, Father, Davis Arceneaux and Brother, Michael Arceneaux. She was a parishioner of Maria Immacolata Catholic Church. Vickie was a devoted wife, a loving mother and someone who was active in the community. She believed in doing what was right. She enjoyed traveling, fishing and playing cards. A special acknowledgement of appreciation to all of our family, friends and care professionals who supported us in our time of need.
