Clayton Rhodes

Clayton Joseph Rhodes, 85, died Monday, November 25, 2013 at 11:08 AM. He was a native of Houma, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 from 9:00 AM until service time at St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at 11:00 AM at St. Gregory. Burial will follow at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #1. He is survived by his sisters, Beulah Rhodes Boudloche, Genevieve "Jenny" Rhodes Gaudet, brother, Charles Rhodes, sister in law, Juanita Rhodes, Mable Rhodes,and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Davidson Joseph Rhodes and Annette Marie Bergeron, sisters, Syntta Rhodes Foret, Viola Rhodes Bailey, brothers, Abby Rhodes, Sidney Rhodes, Joseph "J.D." Rhodes, Lora Rhodes. He was a parishioner, usher and member of the Hospitality Committee at St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Woodmen of the World. Clayton was a very generous and kind person who loved his family and in return was dearly loved by his family.
