Angela Mary LeBlanc, 55, died Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 02:18 AM. She was a native of Raceland, LA and resident of Bourg, LA. A memorial service will be held Sunday, November 17, 2013 at 2:00PM at Life Church, 13271 U.S. Hwy. 90, Boutte, Louisiana. She is survived by her, son, Kirt Joseph Horn, Jr. and wife Rachel, Luling, LA, daughter, Farrah Nations and husband Adam, Sontag, MS, grandchildren, Jace Lussan Freeman, Jake Wayne Freeman, Jonathan Thomas Horn, Samantha Ruth Horn, Timothy Kirt Horn, fiance, Dudley Bye, Bourg, LA, mother, Mary Louise Chauvin Walker, Raceland, LA, and sister, Cynthia Matherne and husband Keith, Sr., Paradis, LA. She was preceded in death by her, father, Lester Robert LeBlanc, Jr.,and brother, Bryan LeBlanc. She was a fun loving mother and grandmother.
