Joseph Lloyd Touchard, Jr., 70, died Sunday, November 3, 2013 at 12:23 AM. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and resident of Houma, LA. A memorial service will be shceduled at a later date. He is survived by his, wife, Opal Kinney Touchard, Houma, LA, sons, Victor Kubiak and fianc? Freeda, Barry Kubiak and wife Jamie, Craig Kubiak and wife Tasha, granddaughters, Jenny Kubiak, Holly Kubiak, Rebecca Kubiak, Allora Kubiak, grandson, Xander Kubiak, great granddaughters, Hailie Kubiak, Yasmine Kubiak, Gabriella Butler, brother, Patrick Touchard, sister, Eleanor Hannen. He was preceded in death by his, parents, Joseph Touchard and Beatrice Joly Touchard. He served in the United States Air Force during the Cuban Crisis.
