Nesa Patricia Cancienne Bourg, 73, died Thursday, October 31, 2013 at 05:20 AM. She was a native of Lake Charles, LA and resident of Gray, LA. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 4, 2013 from 9:00am to 11:00am at St. Bridget Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, November 4, 2013 at 11:00am at St. Bridget Catholic Church with burial at St. Bridget Catholic Church Cemetery. She is survived by her Spouse of 55 years: Gilbert Bourg Jr., Our special adopted family: Melinda Sanders Fabre and husband Jimmy and their daughter Isabella, Godchildren: Scott Pellegrin and wife Michele, Vickie Cancienne, Robert Callahan, Jessie Pellegrin, Jody Naquin and wife Michelle, and Kacy Pellegrin McManus and husband Josh, and Phyllis Cancienne, Brothers: Latin Cancienne Jr and wife Nell, Larry Cancienne, Sisters: Karen “Kim” Breaux and husband Scotty, Nancy "Mitzi" Naquin and husband Jackie. She was also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. She was preceded in death by her Parents: Latin Cancienne Sr. and Nesa Strickland , Mother and Father-In-Law: Gilbert Bourg Sr and Marie Louise Toups Bourg, and Godchild: Melinda Callahan Vail. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
