Vivian Levron Belanger, 86, died Monday, October 28, 2013.
She was a native of Point-Aux-Chenes and lifetime resident of Houma, staying with her daughter, Debra Domangue, in Monroe, LA for the last seven years after suffering a stroke.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 4, 2013 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Tuesday, November 5, 2013 from 9:00 AM until service time at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
There will be a private burial following.
She is survived by her,
husband, Raymond J. Belanger,
sons, Clark Belanger and wife Sandra, Doyle Belanger and wife Deborah,
daughters, Debra Domangue and husband Byron and Deidre Hemstreet and husband David,
grandchildren, Blaine Belanger, Bryan Belanger, Jr., Byron Domangue, Jr., Scott Domangue, Dylan Belanger, Ethan Hemstreet, Eliot Hemstreet,
great grandchildren, Brooke, Sydney and Brayden Belanger, Avery Morgan Domangue,
step great grandchildren, Taylor and J.B. Templeton,
brother, Elias “Toot” Levron and wife the late Shirley Levron,
sister, Nancy Levron Hutchinson Hebert and husband James.
She was preceded in death by her,
parents, Augustin Levron and Naise Dupre Levron,
son, Bryan Charles Belanger,
grandson, Brent Belanger.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking and celebrating the holidays and welcoming everyone into her home. Mom was always a good listener and had many friends.
