Abraham Joseph Cortez, 65, died Monday, October 7, 2013 at 10:07 AM.He was a native of Raceland, LA and resident of Thibodaux, LA. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 from 10:30 AM at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (120 Highway 3185 Thibodaux, LA 70301. He is survived by his, Wife of 43 years, Pamela Ann Esteve Cortez, Daughters, Kendra Elizabeth Cortez and Tamarah Lynne Cortez, Grandson, Tyler Jonathan Cortez, Brother, George Lawrence Cortez, Jr. He was preceded in death by his, Parents, George Lawrence Cortez and Valentine Rodrigue Cortez, Father and Mother in law, Russell Nelson Esteve, Sr and Anna Guillotte Esteve. Abraham was a spiritual person who loved his God, Jehovah. He always wanted to be at his spiritual meetings, and loved learning about Jehovah.
