Elizabeth Rose Seibert Evans

Elizabeth Rose Seibert Evans, 80, a native of New Orleans and resident of Houma, died at 8:38 p.m. Sunday, May 18, 2008. Visitation will be from noon to funeral time Friday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Edward Leroy Evans Sr. of Houma; one son, Edward Leroy Evans Jr. and wife, Karen Lori, of Mooresville, N.C.; and two grandchildren, Jordan Evans and Cameron Evans. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford Seibert and Willamena Reynolds Seibert. She was a retired administrative secretary for Vandebilt Catholic High, and teacher/administer for Holy Rosary School. She was a parishioner of Annunziata Catholic Church
