Anna Mae Boyne Guidry, 91, a native of Port Arthur, Texas, a longtime resident of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma nearly all of her 91 years, died in Livingston, Texas, Saturday, May 10, 2008.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
She is survived by one daughter, Mary Ellen Falgout; one son, Lawrence Joseph Guidry III and wife, Mary Yvonne Sonnier Guidry; one son-in-law, Jimmy Colwort; 14 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Mary Boyne; eight siblings; two husbands, Lawrence Guidry Jr. and Lloyd Andrew Guidry; one daughter, Annette Marie Colwort; and one grandson, Dean Michael Guidry.
Anna loved her home, however circumstances dictated that she move to Texas in the final months of her life. She will be buried next to her husband, Lloyd Andrew Guidry.
