Gladys Theresa LeBoeuf, 85, died Sunday, September 1, 2013 at 3:55 PM. She was a native of Belle Alliance, LA and resident of New Iberia, LA. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 from 8:30am to 10:00am at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Wednesday, September 4, 2013 from 10:30am to 1:00pm at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at 1:00pm at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial: Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery. She is survived by her, Daughters: Marcia L. Danos and husband Larry, Brother In Law: William "Bill" Wolf, Brother: Burleigh "Baye" Ruiz and wife Molly, Sisters: Ethel Grace "Nanny" Webre, Sister In Law: Patricia "Pat" Ruiz, Grandchildren: William Paul Wolf and wife Courtney, Gregory A. Wolf and companion Dana, Mathew J. Wolf, Elizabeth C. Standridge and companion Jason, Jonathan Harry Standridge and companion Hillary, and Alexus E. Allemond and companion Todd, Great Grandchildren:Logan C. Wolf, Landon R. Wolf, Jaxon R. Wolf, Natalie G. Dore, Mazlie C. Dore, Jaden J. Standridge, McKenzie M. Burke, and Callie Jai Freeze, She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her, Spouse: Harry Paul LeBoeuf, Parents: Alfred Ruiz and Elnola Rivet Ruiz, Daughter: Laurelle Wolf, Brothers: Horace Ruiz, Roland Ruiz, Warren Ruiz, Herbert Ruiz, Alfred Ruiz Jr., Brother In Law: Carrol "Bud" Webre,and Sister In Law: Ruth P. Ruiz. She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She worked in the field of education as a teacher in Terrebonne Parish and Saint Mary Parish for more than forty years. Gladys LeBoeuf was a cancer survivor for sixteen years. She showed a dedication to cancer research through many donations to various organizations. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother to her family emphasizing on educational activities. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
