Virgie Marie Rodriguez, 83, died Thursday, August 29, 2013 at 9:50 PM. She was a native of Houma, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 2, 2013 from 2:00 PM until Service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Monday, September 2, 2013 from 4:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. She is survived by her, Sons, Fred "Pete" Rodriguez and Barry Rodriguez and wife Deanna, Daughters, Connie Trebuquc, Debbie Hawkes, and Carlene Conrey, Brother, Virgus Poiencot, 23 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and 12 Great Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her, Husbands, Fred Curtis Rodriguez and John Conrey Parents, Henry Poiencot and Edna Bergeron Poiencot, Son, David Rodriguez, Daughter, Darlene Conrey, Granddaughter, Valerie Rodriguez, Sisters, Eva Prestenbach, Edna Hudson, Henretta Bourg, Brothers, Abner Poiencot, Harvey Poiencot, Raymond Poiencot and Lloyd Poiencot,and Son in Law, Jerry Hawkes. The family wishes to thank Haydel Memorial Hospice and the staff at Chateau Terrebonne.
