Ovide Julian "Fritz" Cenac

Ovide Julian "Fritz" Cenac, 49, a native and resident of Houma, died at 7:13 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, 2008. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home and from 10 a.m. to funeral time Friday at St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. He is survived by his former wife, Sheila Breaux Cenac of Houma; his parents, Arlen B. Cenac Sr. and Jacqueline "Jackie" Guidry Cenac of Houma; two daughters, Camie Cenac and Lindsey Cenac of Houma; one brother, Arlen Benny Cenac Jr. of Houma; two sisters, Paddy Cenac Danos and husband, Jerry, and Christine Cenac Walker and husband, Louis, of Houma; and one grandchild, Cameron Blanchard Cenac. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jock Cenac and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Guidry. He was a parishioner of St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church.
