Modez Deroche

Modez Marie Kraemer Deroche, 87, was born on September 9th, 1925 and died on July 29th, 2013. She was a longtime resident of Terrebonne Parish. Visitation will be held on Thursday August 1, 2013 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. from Friday, August 2, 2013 from 9:00am to 11:00am at Annunziata Catholic Church Mass of Christian Burial will be held on at Friday, August 2, 2013 at 11:00am at Annunziata Catholic Church. Burial: Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery She is survived by her two children, Judy Deroche Liner and husband Mike Liner, Herbert Paul Deroche and wife Kathleen Pellegrin Deroche; seven grandchildren, Mike Liner Jr. and wife Becky, Lynette Liner Ganaway and husband Gordon Ganaway, Penny Liner Taylor, Tonya Liner Dehart and husband Wayne Dehart, Dawn Deroche Prosperie and husband Dale Prosperie, Bridgette Deroche Miller and husband Chad Miller, and Corinne Deroche and brothers Peter Kraemer and LeRoy Kraemer. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, and 11 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her, She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years Duffy Joseph Deroche, her parents Eddie Kraemer and Clara Landry Kraemer, her brothers, Raymond Kraemer, and Chester Kraemer. She was a member/parishioner of Annunziata Catholic Church. She worked in Annunziata cafeteria and also worked at Robbies Po-Boys for 15 years until she was 82. She also enjoyed playing Pokeno with her friends. Modez was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, who was an amazing matriarch to our family. She will be dearly missed by all.
