Gloria Ayo

Gloria Zeringue Ayo, 81, died Friday, July 12, 2013 at 8:45 PM. She was a native of Houma, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 from 11:00 AM until service time at St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 1:00 PM at the church. Burial will follow at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. She is survived by her sons, Samuel Paul Ayo and wife Susan, Dwayne Ayo, daughters, Karen Ayo Ellender and husband Kenneth, Gayle Marie Ayo, Terri Ayo Toups and husband Garry, grandchildren, Krissy Hightower, Lindsay Ellender, Landon Ellender, Blake Toups, Brennan Toups, two great grandchildren, and brother, Clifton Zeringue. She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Lezin Ayo, daughter, Pamela Faye Ayo, parents, Alphonse Abel Zeringue and Annette Pitre Zeringue, brothers, Simon, Norman, Alphonse, Raymond, Ernest Zeringue, sisters, Viola Bourgeois, Bessie Moore, Bertha Barras. She was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
