Nancy DeHart

Nancy Ann DeHart, 62, a native of Waggaman and a resident of Theriot, LA died at 8:45 a.m. Tuesday, July 9, 2013. Visitation will be Thursday, July 11, 2013 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and continue on Friday, July 12, 2013 from 9:00 AM until Service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 12, 2013 at 12:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc..with burial afterwards at St. Eloi Cemetery, Theriot, LA. She is survived by her spouse, Clevis Joseph DeHart, Jr., of Theriot, LA and 3 children; Kevin DeHart of Metairie, LA; Mrs. Aaron (Georgina) LeCoste, and Chase DeHart and companion Kayla Callahan of Theriot, LA. Her grandchildren are, Aaron DeHart and finace’ Shyanne Rodrigue, Jed LaCoste, Gage LaCoste, Cali Messemer and Landon Ledet all of Theriot. Her surviving brothers and their spouses are: Gerald (Jerry) and Elsie Punch of Waggaman; Robert (Bobby) and jeannie Punch of Houma; Calvin Sr. (CJ) and Mary Francis Punch of Theriot; Allen (Fatso) and Doris Punch of Chauvin; and Alvin (PeeWee) and Ethel Punch of Theriot. Her three surviving sisters and spouses are: Geraldine (Jean) Gros of Houma; Mrs. Loran (Shirley) Dumond of Theriot and Mrs. Desire (Mary Nell) Callahan of Houma. She was preceded in death by her, parents, Alex Sr., and Lydia LeBeouf Punch along with two siblings Alex Punch, Jr., and Mrs. Jarrell (Dora) Jordan. She was a member of Bayou DuLarge Baptist Church of Theriot, Louisiana. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. She will be sadly missed on this Earth by rejoicing with the Lord in Heaven. 2 Corinthian 5:8 states to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
