He is survived by his, Spouse: Sandra Leon Sicilia, Daughters:Sandra Elizabeth Sicily, Karla Andrea Cicilia, and Sheyla Alessandra Sicily, Brother: Jorge Humberto Sicilia, Sisters: Susana Palma Sicilia, Ana Linda Sicilia, and Grandchildren: 2. He was preceded in death by his, Parents: Jorge and Marta Mendoza Scilia, and Daughter: Sheyla America Sicily. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
