Hanson John Dupre

Hanson John Dupre, 77, a native of Houma and resident of Bayou Blue, died at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday, April 9, 2008. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at St. Louis Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. He is survived by one brother, Magnus Dupre of Bayou Blue; and numerous relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents, Caliste Joseph Dupre and Lillian Cecile Buquet Dupre; three brothers, Anthony, Miller and Allen Dupre; and two sisters, Enola Bollinger and Leila Songe. He was a farmer and a member of the Knights of Columbus and a parishioner of St. Louis Catholic Church.
