Terry Thomas Rhodes, 84, died Saturday, June 29, 2013 at 5:46 AM. He was a native and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 from 9:00 AM until service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Liturgy of the Word will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Burial will follow at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2 He is survived by his daughters, Julie Rhodes and spouse Daniele Freaner, Danielle Schexnaydre and spouse Paul, grandchildren, Cole Schexnaydre and Owen Schexnaydre, brothers, Wilson Rhodes, Jr., Larry Rhodes, sister, Carol Roddy. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Chaission Rhodes, parents, Wilson Rhodes and Elizabeth Chauvin Rhodes, brother, Roy Rhodes, sisters, Helen Copeland and Vera Detiveaux. He retired from McDermott as a superintendent. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting and spending time with his family, friends and grandchildren.
