Eno John Gaudet, Jr., 79, died Thursday, June 20, 2013 at 2:30 PM. He was a native and longtime resident of Thibodaux, LA. He was a current resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 23, 2013 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home and Monday, June 24, 2013 from 8:00 AM until service time at Saint Thomas Aquinas in Thibodaux. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 AM at the church with burial following at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Margaret Giglio Gaudet, Houma, LA, daughters, Mrs. Mark (Cathy) Ordoyne, Houma, LA, Mrs. Randy (Margaret) Teeter, Thibodaux, LA, Mrs. Foye (Joan Ellen) Lirette, Thibodaux, LA, grandchildren, Christopher Ordoyne, Victoria Ordoyne Thomas, Ashley Teeter Foret, Michelle Teeter, John Lirette and Joseph Lirette, two great granddaughters, Annabelle Thomas and Olivia Foret, step grandson, Foye Lirette, Jr. and sister, Mrs. Bernard (Mary) Lafaso, Thibodaux, LA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eno John Gaudet, Sr. and Marie Guidry Gaudet, one son, Kenneth John Gaudet and brother, Ernest Gaudet. He was an AWS Welding Inspector in the oilfield for many years. He was an avid outdoorsman enjoying both, fishing and hunting. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Francis de Sales Elementary School or St. Joseph Elementary School.
