She travelled extensively throughout Europe and North America and was always open to new cultural and culinary experiences. After retiring, she was a volunteer tax preparer and also gave of her time at Our Lady of the Lake Medical Center in Baton Rouge. She was an enthusiastic LSU football fan, who faithfully climbed the steps of Tiger Stadium well into her eighties. Most importantly, she was ever generous and kind to all who knew her, never forgetting a birthday, baptism, or anniversary. Family and friends will always be grateful for her presence in their lives.
