Aaron Louis Portier, 57, died Saturday, May 18, 2013. He was a native of Houma, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Wednesday, May 22, 2013 from 9:00am to 12:45pm at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 1:00pm at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. Burial: St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2 He is survived by his, Partner: Donald J. Picou, Parents: Bernadine P. LeBoeuf and husband Wilton “His Dad”, Brother: Jerome Portier and wife Colleen, Step Brother: Floyd Picou Jr. and wife Brenda, Sisters:Marcia Rogers and husband Bobbie, Jan Moore and husband Matt, Rosalyn Boudreaux and husband Kevin, Step Sisters: Ramona Brunet and husband Jestin,Marion Lirette and husband Michael,and Linda Hernandez and husband Rick, Step Children:Corey Picou and wife Ginger, Stacey Briolo and husband Curtis, Step Granddaughter: Grace Picou. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his, Father: Willard Joseph Portier Grandparents:Louis Pitre and Emily Scott Pitre, Clovis Portier and Mela White Portier, In-Laws, Floyd Picou and Theresa Use Picou Ber, Step Sisters: Anne Crochet, and Anne LeBoeuf. He was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. He was an usher at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. He enjoyed gardening, being with family and friends.
