James Westley McCormick, 32, died Sunday, March 31, 2013. A native and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Thursday, April 4, 2013 from 9:00am to 11:00am at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at 11:00am at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Burial: Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery. He is survived by his, Parents: David and Beulah Champange McCormick Grandmother: Anne Schmitz McCormick of Dularge, LA, Brother: David McCormick, II and wife Becky of Bourg LA, Sister: Mary "Katie" Castle and husband Timothy of Houma LA Nieces and Nephews: Alora McCormick, David McCormick III, Jade McCormick, Brittany McCormick, Erin McCormick, Byron Miller Jr, Bryan Miller, and Kiana Castle, He was preceded in death by his, Grandparents: Westley and Beulah Champagne, Paternal Grandfather: William Joseph McCormick, He was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. He loved being with his family. He loved movies, music, and children. He also was a graduate of School for Exceptional Children. He touched the hearts of all who knew him. You could learn so much about love and life just by being in his presence. He will live on forever in our hearts.
