Tony A Garibaldi, 88, died Friday, March 22, 2013 at 9:55 AM. He was a native and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 25, 2013 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home and Tuesday, March 26, 2013 from 8:00 AM until Service time at Chauvin Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Chauvin Funeral Home. Interment: St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. He is survived by his, Son, Wayne Garibaldi and wife Linda, Daughter, Dana Henry, Grandchildren, Dawn Bernard and husband Randy, Barry Garibaldi, Alex Garibaldi, Joshua Ronquillo and fiance Kari Stitzer, Tony Ronquillo and wife Cara, Great Grandchildren, Sarah Bernard, Spencer Bernard, Olivia and Madison Stitzer and Bella and Beck Ronquillo, Sister, Mary Gautreaux and Judy Smith and Several nieces and nephews He was preceded in death by his, Wife, Shirley Falgout Garibaldi Parents, Antoine Garibaldi and Jean Constrantiche Garibaldi, Sisters, Della Crochet, Dorena Orgeron, Manerva Blanchard, Corrine Gautreaux, Mildred Boyd, Molly Ledet, and Brother, Albert Garibaldi. Tony served in the United States Army during World War II where he received numerous medals including the purple heart. He was a retired boat captain from LL&E, an avid sportsman and a commercial fisherman. He was a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather.
