Ida Mae Belanger Domangue, 87, died Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 7:37 PM. She was a native of Houma, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2013 from 10:00 AM until Service time at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral; with Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 PM at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral . Burial: St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. She is survived by her, Children: Catherine Bascle and husband Mike, Jean Fournier and husband Wayne, Patricia Brunet and husband Charles, Dina Lirette and husband Glenn, and Darryll Domangue and wife Carol. Grandchildren; Amy Trahan, Christie Fournier, Monica Liner, Jennifer Torres, Mark Brunet, and Lily Domangue. Great Grandchildren: Megan Fournier, Brittney Liner, Kyle Liner, and Konner Torres Sister: Gert Butler and Sister in law: Yvonne Foucheux. She was preceded in death by her, Husband Clay C. Domangue Parents: Whitney Belanger and Ida Rhodes Belanger Brother: Whitney L. Belanger Sisters, Lois Belanger Domangue, Beulah Belanger Schiavo, Luella Belanger Prejean and Aline Belanger LaGrange. She was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral . Ida was a member of the Ruth Street Literary Guild. She loved gardening, reading and playing cards. She was devoted to her family and will be greatly missed. The family wishes to thank Dr. Dickey Haydel and Dr. Scott Haydel and the staff at The Suites at Sugar Mill Point.
