Clinton Joseph Theriot, 74, died Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 3:00 AM. He was a native of Golden Meadow, LA and resident of Chauvin, LA. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 from 9:00 AM until service time at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial: St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery He is survived by his, wife, Gloria Stoufflet Theriot, Chauvin, LA, sons, Burt Theriot and wife Gwen, Galliano, LA, Dewey Theriot and wife Shonna, Houma, LA, daughter, Christina Theriot Gavin and husband Thomas, Phoenix, AZ, grandchildren, Veronica Vail, Ty Theriot, Alesha Theriot, Presley Theriot and Jayden Trosclair, great grandchildren, Wesley, Erin and Sophia Vail, brother, Livingston Theriot. He was preceded in death by his, parents, Leopold and Emmeline Theriot, sister, Florence Theriot Long. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He served in the United States Army. He worked for Texaco for 25 years. He enjoyed making castnets, minnow cages, items out of matchsticks and going to the casino.
