Mark Allen Taylor, 47, a native of Tulsa, Okla., and resident of Houma, died at 4:21 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2008.
Visitation will be from 1 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Chauvin Funeral Home and from noon to funeral time Friday at Farmer’s Funeral Home in Silsbee, Texas. Religious service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Farmer’s Funeral Home, with burial in Frank’s Branch Cemetery in Fred, Texas.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Rhodes Taylor of Houma; his parents, W.T. and Yuvonne Stone Taylor of Tyler, Texas; one son, Matthew Allen Taylor and wife, Angie, of Houma; three brothers, Bill Taylor of Lufkin, Texas, Roger Taylor of Tyler and Jeff Taylor of Houma; two sisters, Patricia Taylor and Teresa Taylor of Tyler; three grandchildren, Cain Taylor, Caiden Taylor and Madisyn Taylor; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jack and Mae Hutto Gibbs of Fred; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was self-employed/owner of Tay-Tech and Tornado Oil Tools.
He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church.
