Visitation will be held on Monday, February 4, 2013 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Tuesday, February 5, 2013 from at St. Louis Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at at St. Louis Catholic Church. Burial: St. Louis Catholic Church Cemetery. He is survived by his, son, Wade Dupre and wife Tanya, Bayou Blue, LA, daughters, Belinda Sonier and husband Michael, Bernice, LA, Tanya Hutchinson and husband Bruce, Bourg, LA, Myrna Babin and husband Art, Bayou Blue, LA, Melanie Nowlin and husband Terrell, Bayou Blue, LA, Katrina Naquin and husband Bosco, Katy, TX, Stephanie Pierce and husband Rudy, Lockport, LA, nineteen grandhcildren, seventeen great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his, wife, Shirley Ann Ledet Dupre, parents, Caliste Dupre and Lillian Bouquet Dupre, son, Kim Dupre, great grandchild, Angel Sonier, brothers, Miller Dupre, Tony Dupre, Hanson Dupre, Allen Dupre, and sisters, Lillian Songe, Enola Bollinger. He was a parishioner of St. Louis Catholic Church. He was the owner of Dupre's Cafe'. He was a troller and trapper and worked for the parish for years. He loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He loved his cat, Dawn.
