He is survived by his, Niece: Brenda Picou Cunningham Also survived by many numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his, Parents: Emile Marcelin Picou and Frazzie Chassion Picou, Brothers: Elmar Picou, Nolan Picou, Irly Picou, Roy Picou and Jesse Picou, Sisters: Bernice Hebert, Mickey Rhodes, Lucille Quick, Violet Authement, Gladys Domangue, and Earline Bernard. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
