Lou Landry

Lou Verne Landry a native of Houma went to be with the Lord Our Savior on January 8, 2013. A memorial service will be held at Holy Rosary Church in Houma, on March 2, 2013 at 11:00 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery. She is survived by her children, Edmund Carl Landry, Jr. and wife Kit; Martha Jeannette Cazaubon and husband Gene; John Richard Landry and wife Karen; Michael Thomas Landry and wife Heidi; fourteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; one brother Bill and wife Willetta Price and a sister-in-law Mildred Price. She was preceded in death by her husband Edmund Carl Landry, DDS; her parents, Madonna Naomi and Thomas Radford Price; three brothers, Leonard Price, O.A. Price, and Richard Price; three sisters, Faye Price Allen, Evelyn Barnhill, and Ivy Jo Price. She loved oil painting, ceramics, sewing and genealogy. She was a published author as well. She worked for many years as a dental hygienist with her husband, Carl, and performed volunteer services at Holy Rosary Catholic School. Memorial donations may be made to St Bernadette School, 309 Funderburk Ave, Houma, LA 70364. She was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all.
