He was a native and resident of Houma, LA.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 from 9:00 AM until service time at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church.

He is survived by his,
wife, Louise Bonvillain,
daughter, Charlotte Bonvillain Ayo,
step daughter, Anne Zeringue and husband Kenneth,
step son, Kenneth Jacobs, Sr.,
granddaughter, Shelly Cunningham LaBouve and husband, Jeremiah,
step grandchildren, Jessica O'Quinn and husband Chad, Jeremy Zeringue, Karli Jacobs, Kenneth Jacobs, Jr.,
great grandchildren, Carter and Jacen LaBouve.
He was preceded in death by his,
parents, Earnest Ellis and Mary Magdelan Pitre Bonvillain;
brothers, Irvin, Columbus Joseph, Donald, Wilbert, Hayes, Paul, and Reuben Bonvillain; two sisters, Mary Magdelan LeBouef and Dorothy May Breaux.
He was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
He owned Bonvillain Associates Insurance Company.
He served in the United States Army during World War II.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was a volunteer firefighter for the East Park Fire Department.
