Kevin Scott Powell

Kevin Scott Powell, 36, a native of Alexandria and resident of Houma, died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2008. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Alexandria Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Forest Hill. He is survived by his father and stepmother, Lonnie Powell and Lisa Powell of Houma; two brothers, Troy Powell and wife, Lisa, of Tyler, Texas, and Daniel LeBeouf and wife, Amy, of Houma; one sister, Tonya Domangue and husband, Nolton, of Houma; and numerous relatives. He was preceded in death by his mother, Reba Nell Powell; his grandparents, James P. Ford, Gracie Ford and Jesse Gallaway; and one brother, Heath Dillion. He worked in production for Baker Energy.
